What buyers usually ask.

Where is the data hosted? +

All customer data is stored on Google Cloud's Finland (europe-north1) region. We never replicate outside the EEA without explicit, contracted consent.

How does migration from a legacy property system work? +

We provide an importer that maps leases, tenants, units and ledger lines. We run a parallel period before cutover, with reconciliation reports against your last accounting close.

Does it post to our SAP? +

Yes. We post monthly journals via SAP OData (or SOAP, where the customer prefers it). Postings are idempotent, retry-safe, and surfaced in a posting log with replay for failures.

Is it multilingual? +

Every label, PDF and email template ships in English, Finnish and Estonian. Each user picks their language — and tenant communication can be language-tagged per tenant.

What about GDPR and audit? +

DPIA-first design, full audit trail on every record, role-based access, GDPR data subject export and erase tools, encrypted at rest and in transit.
